Richardson Duck Creek Homeowners Association (RDC-HOA) is a non-profit volunteer HOA, Established in 1992
Duck Creek consists of 1,440 single family homes located in southeast Richardson with consistent participation. Within Duck Creek neighborhood you’ll find walking, jogging & bike trails, two city parks, natural creeks with large mature trees and beautiful landscaping. Located just minutes from CityLine and Richardson Square where you’ll find a variety of restaurants and shops. Enjoy free City-wide events at Huffhines Park including Huffhines Harvest Fest, Santa’s Village, and much more.
RDC-HOA is segmented into five sections: Northeast, Northwest, Southeast, Southwest, and Hidden Creek.
Its governance is overseen by a Steering Board, which includes four elected officers (President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer), as well as eleven appointed Directors: five Section Leaders and six Chairs of Standing Committees.
The Board typically convenes monthly on the second Monday at 6:00pm to discuss ongoing business and plan future events, though a minimum of quarterly meetings is required. All members are also invited to attend the Spring and Fall Meetings. Please refer to the Events page for further details.
Our mission is to see our community remain “United for Fellowship, Safety and Civic Pride”. The HOA Board also represents Duck Creek at City Council meetings and at the Mayor’s meetings with other HOA presidents.
